Michael Küpper joined Digitale Schiene Deutschland (DSD) at Deutsche Bahn in 2017. He has built and led the scaled-agile team-of-teams that implements DSD’s Capacity & Traffic Management System (CTMS), until 2023. He now serves as Stakeholder Manager to drive the strategic vision of CTMS and its enabling technological foundations within the transportation sector. Michael holds a PhD in physic and has over 10 years of experience as strategy consultant. Throughout his career, he has introduced Artificial Intelligence (AI) in environments, where AI had not been previously applied, from particle physics analysis to housing price prediction to rail traffic management.
